How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also call us at +31 20 777 6735 and find out the delivery status of your order.

What is your return policy?

We’re sorry to hear that, but no problem, just ship it back to us within 4 weeks of purchase and we will refund the purchase price no questions asked. Please ensure the product is in its original condition and packaging.

How do I return an item?

To return an item, please contact our customer service team at kilo@kilo.nl with your order number and the reason for the return. We stand by our product and offer a lifetime warranty on structural integrity. If any part of one of our pieces structurally fails we replace the broken part at no cost to you.

Do you offer international shipping?
