What is your return policy?

We’re sorry to hear that, but no problem, just ship it back to us within 4 weeks of purchase and we will refund the purchase price no questions asked. Please ensure the product is in its original condition and packaging.

How do I return an item?

To return an item, please contact our customer service team at kilo@kilo.nl with your order number and the reason for the return. We stand by our product and offer lifetime warranty on structural integrity. What does this mean? If any part of one of our pieces structurally fails we replace the broken part with no cost to you. Just let us know what happened to your piece, what part needs replacing and we will manufacture that part and send it out to you. Please note that this warrantee explicitly does not cover blemishes, stains, small chips or scratches due to normal wear and tear.
